Delete Your Indrava Account

You can delete your Indrava account and the data linked to it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.

Without the app

Email indravaofficial@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Indrava account, with the subject "Delete my Indrava account". We will confirm it is you and complete the deletion within 15 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, follows, likes, saves, comments, activity records and any pending ID photo are removed from our live database straight away, and your Indrava sign-in is removed.
• Your posts, reels and stories are taken down straight away. Their photos and videos are deleted from storage within 30 days.
• Copies in our backups are deleted within 30 days as the backups expire.

What we keep

• A minimal record that the account existed and was deleted.
• Payment and refund records, for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
• Reports and moderation records that are still under review, for up to 24 months.

Purchases and credits

Deleting your account does not refund a purchase on its own. If you are still within the refund period, ask for a refund before you delete your account (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy). Founder Credits and other credits are lost when the account is deleted.
