Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of indrava.online and membership of Indrava, operated by Tokino Technologies ("Indrava", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website or applying for membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Indrava or apply for membership. By applying, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate and your own.

2. Membership & admission

Indrava is a private, invitation-only society. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Every application is reviewed, and we may admit, waitlist, or decline any applicant at our sole discretion. We may verify the information and identity you provide, and we may decline or remove anyone who provides false or misleading information.

3. Founding membership & pricing

Founding membership is offered to the first 5,000 admitted members at ₹499 per month, and that founding rate remains fixed for as long as the membership stays continuously active. After the founding circle closes, membership is offered at ₹999 per month. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be subject to applicable taxes.

4. Billing & renewals

Membership is a recurring subscription billed in advance on a monthly cycle through our third-party payment partner. By starting a paid membership you authorise us and our payment partner to charge the applicable fee each cycle until you cancel. You are responsible for keeping your payment details valid. If a payment fails, we may suspend or end your membership.

5. Cancellation & refunds

• You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Membership fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• If you believe you were charged in error or without authorisation, contact us at [support@indrava.online] within 7 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.

6. Member conduct

Indrava depends on trust. You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation or credentials.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other members.
• Post or share unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing content.
• Use Indrava for spam, solicitation, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may remove content, and suspend or terminate membership, for any breach of these Terms.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your statement and photo). By submitting it, you grant Indrava a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store and display that content for the purpose of operating the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

8. Intellectual property

The Indrava name, logo, design, and all related materials are the property of Tokino Technologies and may not be used without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and we are not responsible for the conduct of any member.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokino Technologies and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required to protect the service or other members.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Kolkata, West Bengal].

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
