Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers purchases made on indrava.online. The Indrava app itself is free and has no in-app purchases.

1. Founding Member pass

• You can cancel your pass and get a full refund of ₹499 if you ask within 7 days of paying and you have not used any Founder Credits or any Founding Member benefit, such as a founder discount or a free event place.
• After 7 days, or once you have used any Founder Credits or benefits, the pass cannot be refunded.
• If we cannot activate your pass, we refund you in full.
• When a pass is refunded, Founding Member status, the Founder Credits and all related benefits are removed from your account.

2. Rising Creator verification

• If we reject your Rising Creator application, we refund the ₹99 in full. You do not need to ask.
• If you have paid but have not yet started the ID check, you can cancel within 7 days of paying and get a full refund.
• Once you have completed the ID check and been approved, the service has been delivered and the fee cannot be refunded.
• If we later remove your badge because you broke our Terms or Community Guidelines, the fee is not refunded.

3. Duplicate, failed or wrong charges

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged for a payment that failed, we refund the extra or wrong amount in full. If money left your account but the payment shows as failed, it is usually returned automatically by Razorpay or your bank within 5 to 7 working days. If it is not, contact us.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email indravaofficial@gmail.com with the subject "Refund request" and include:

• the email address you used to pay, and your Indrava username if you have one;
• the payment ID from your receipt (it starts with "pay_");
• what you bought, and why you want a refund.

We acknowledge every request within 24 hours and tell you our decision within 3 working days. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay. They usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. We do not refund in cash or to a different account.

5. Cancellations

All purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically, so you never need to cancel a plan. Deleting your Indrava account does not cancel or refund a purchase on its own. If you are still within the refund period, ask for a refund first.

6. Event tickets

When tickets for Indrava events go on sale, the refund terms for each event will be shown before you pay. If we cancel an event, you get a full refund of the ticket price, or the Founder Credits you used are returned to your account.

7. Indrava credits

Founder Credits and other Indrava credits have no cash value. They cannot be refunded, withdrawn or exchanged for money.

8. If someone asks you to pay

Only pay through the official checkout on indrava.online. Nobody from Indrava will ask you to pay us, or to pay a creator, by UPI, bank transfer or a payment link sent in a message. If anyone does, it is not us. Do not pay, and report it to indravaofficial@gmail.com. If you have already lost money, call 1930 or report it at cybercrime.gov.in.
